Chamber Music Literature Workshop

INTENSE FOUR-DAY SEMINAR FOR STUDENTS, PROFESSIONAL PERFORMERS, TEACHER, OR AMATEUR

Join us for a four-day seminar led by Dr. Gabriel Prynn, a highly experienced cellist, educator, arranger, and arts administrator. This seminar is open to anyone interested in enhancing their understanding, preparation, and performance of chamber music, regardless of whether you are a student, professional performer, teacher, or amateur.

The seminar will be divided into two parts. The first part will explore the repertoire of chamber music in the 20th and 21st centuries with a strong historical context. The second part will focus on practical activities and group discussions, including preparing for rehearsals and performances, entrepreneurship, and exchanging ideas regarding this repertoire. Gabriel's extensive professional experience in performing, premiering, and recording new music will give you the opportunity to improve your chamber music experiences and make them more gratifying and meaningful.
